The following members were present: Mun The fol low n me ers were a senFrs Davenport Nnna introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO, 80-62 APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT RENEWAL FOR FIFTY-FIVE PROPERTIES FOR PACKAGED FURNITURE AND CARPET FACILITY AT 11120 HIGHWAY 55 (WHEEL, CENTER BUILDING) (A-453) WHEREAS, Fifty -Five Properties has requested approval of a conditional use permit renewal for Packaged Furniture and Carpet facility located at 11120 Highway 55 (Wheel Center Building); and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ply- mouth, Minnesota, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Fifty - Five Properties for a conditional use permit renewal for Packaged Furniture and Carpet facility located at 11120 Highway 55 (Wheel Center Building) subject to the following conditions: 1. The permit is issued to the petitioner/tenant as operator of the facility and shall not be transferable. 2. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and ordinances and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation, 3. There shall be no outside display, sales or storage of merchandise or related materials. 4. All signage shall not exceed requirements; no additional signs, including window signs, shall be permitted, 5. All waste and waste containers shall be stored within approved designated areas. 6. Site shall be maintained in a sanitary manner, The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by� and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vote in favor thereof: mb: Ma,Xnr Hunt, Councilmers Daven®ort.
