Jmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO, 80-60
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR MC COMBS KNUTSON ASSOCIATES FOR FOUR
ADDITIONAL OFFICE TENANCIES AT 12800 INDUSTRIAL PARK BOULEVARD (79043)
WHEREAS, McCombs Knutson Associates has requested approval of a conditional
use permit for four additional tenancies in the McCombs Knutson Building
at 12800 Industrial Park Boulevard; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ply-
mouth, Minnesota, that it should and hereby does approve the request of
McCombs Knutson Associates for four additional office tenancies to be
located in the McCombs Knutson Building at 12800 Industrial Park Boulevard
subject to the following conditions:
1. The permit is issued to the petitioner acting on behalf of each of the
four tenants and shall not be transferable to any other tenants,
2. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, ordinances and regulations
and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation for any use or uses
in violation.
3. The operation of the building specifically with regard to the conditional
use office occupancies, shall be for one year, at which time observations
of the capacity of this site to support the uses in terms of parking and
traffic generation will be reviewed.
4. All waste and waste containers shall be stored within the structure,
5. Construction of the basement office configuration must comply with
current State Building Code requirements.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in favor thereof: _Mavor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport,
Hoyt, Neils and Schneider
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
