Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
21st day of January 19 80 . The following members were
present: Ma or Hunt Councilmembers avenporl Hoyt, Neils and Schneider
The following Members were absent: None
Coungilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0, 80-58
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
HARBOR LANE SANITARY SEWER EXTENSION
PROJECT NO. 009
WHEREAS, a Resolution was adopted the 17th day of December, 1979 fixing a date
for a public hearing with respect to sanitary sewer inprovements on Harbor
Lane west of Fernbrook Lane; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes the installation of sanitary sewer, and
all necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications
of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon on the 21st day
of January, 1980, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an
opportunity to be heard thereon;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
Resolution adopted December 17, 1979, and as contained in the
preliminary engineering report received the same date.
2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. is hereby designated
as engineer for the improvement. They shall prepare plans and
specifications for the making of such improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
venoogt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote to favor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport,
