The following memhers were present: Mayor Hunt Councilmembers oyt, Neils and Schneider The following members were absent: ounce mem er Davenport Counci member Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 80-57 JETTING CITY ADMINISTRATION COST FOR ADMINISTERING DEVELOPMENT CONTRACTS WHEREAS, it has been the practice of this City to charge developers the cost of City administration as related to the review, preparation and administration of development contracts between the City of Plymcuth and developers; and WHEREAS, in order to establish a fair and equitable system for charging this administration cost back to the developer, it has been determined that a uni- form fee schedule should be established and used in the preparation of development contracts; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that in the preparation of development contracts that the following fee schedule be used in determining City administration cost for engineering, planning, finance, etc. necessary to ensure that development contracts are properly prepared, executed, and the terms and conditions adhered to when a developer elects to engineer, inspect and install all required public improvements: FEE SCHEDULE Cash Value of Proposed Public Improvements $0 to $150,000 $150,000 to $300,000 Over $300,000 City Administration Cost 3.0% (Min. $500) 2.5% 2.0% BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City administration cost approved as part of a development contract shall he paid to the Treasurer at the time the development contract is executed.
