Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-56
AUTHORIZING REDUCTION OF TRUCKER-SHEEHY SITE IMPROVEMENT BOND FOR MICHELIN
TIRE DISTRIBUTION CENTER (A-731)
WHEREAS, the site plan for the Michelin Tire Distribution Center located at
865 North Xenium Lane was approved under City Council Resolution No. 77-265;
and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required site performance guarantee in
the form of a bond in the amount of $45,000.00; and,
WHEREAS, upon the request of the developer for site inspection and bond reduc-
tion, City Staff has inspected said site and recommends reduction of the bond;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ply-
mouth, Minnesota, that it should and hereby does authorize the reduction of
the Site Performance Bond No. 12-8166-77 in the amount of $45,000.00 which
was submitted to guarantee site improvements for the Michelin Tire Distribution
Center located at 865 North Xenium Lane, to $15,000.00.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

following vote in favor thereof: Mayor Hunt. Coungilmembers Davenport,
Hoyt, Neils and Schneider
