Cnijn�ilmgmber Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80- 55
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
DOWNTOWN PLYMOUTH - CONTRACT II
PROJECT NO. 853 AND 911
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 7, dated January 2, 1980, for Progressive
Contractors, Inc. has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates,
Inc. and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 7 in the amount of $171,701.89 to Progressive Contractors for
Project 853 and 911.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted to favor thereof: -'Mayor Hunt, Counciltnembers Davenport,
Hoyt, Neils and Schneider ,
The following voted against or abstained: None
