Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Reci l__ meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, M'innesotb was held onthe
14th day of January , 19 80 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Dave npor, Hoyt, Neils and Schneider .
The following members were absent: None
�o unci�lmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-53
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
PROJECT NO. 806
PINEVIEW LANE STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENIS
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 5, dated January 3, 1980, for Progressive
Contractors, Inc. has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates,
Inc. and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 5 in the amount of $115,782.63 to Progressive Contractors, Inc.
for Project 806.
