Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, nnesota was 1e on the
14th day of January , 19_&L. The following members were
present:Davpnport- Hoyt. Neils and Schnpidan_

ilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80- 51
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 3
PROJECT NO. 853 & 911 - CONTRACT II
VICKSBURG LN. AND NEW CO. 9
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 has been prepared providing for the following changes
to Contract II, Downtown Plymouth Area:
1. Increased muck excavation and backfill on Vicksburg Lane at
Plymouth Creek.
AND, WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 for Project 853 & 911, Contract I'I is recommended
for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 3 for Project 853 & 911, Contract II adding
$165,135.23 is approved and the contract price of $1,031,502.65 is revised to
$1,196,638.88.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by*
`CoWncilmemoer Hqvt and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in favor thereof: _Maygr Hunt. Councilmembers Davenport.

The following voted against orabstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
