HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1980-050CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a sgecialmeeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was a on the 14th day of January , 19 80. The following members were present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmember Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and Schneider The following members�— were absent: None Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 80-50 ACCEPTING PETITION FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO BIRCH HILL ADDITION BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. The City Council accepts the petition from Russell Almquist, developer of the property known as Birch Hill Addition. 2. The petition is for the installation of sanitary sewer, water, bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter and storm sewer. 3. The petition is hereby referred to Strgar-Roscoe, Inc. for study and that they are instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the improvements are feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the esimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the ToMowing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport_ Hoyt, Neils and Schneider The following voted against or abstaine • None• Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
