Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, innesota was held on the
7th day of Januar , 1980 The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Counci mem ersavenpo`rT, Hoyt, Neils and Schneider
The follawing members were absent: None _
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-48
RATIFYING SURETY AND BLANKET BONDS FOR CITY EMPLOYEES FOR 1980
WHEREAS, surety bonds for certain City employees and a general bond
covering all City employees are required for 1980;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH MINNESOTA that surety bonds insuring the integrity and
honest performance of duties by the following named employees in the
amounts set forth are hereby ratified and confirmed for the year 1980:
City Manager $50,000
Finance Director 50,000
Assessor 500
City Clerk 500
General Bond covering
all City employees 5,000
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
0 owing voted in favor thereof: mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport.
Holt, Neils and Schneider
The following voted against or abstaine .
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passea and acImpted.
