Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on—the
7th day of January , 19 80 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt Councilmembers 15avenp--o—r-t, Hoyt, Neils and Schneider
The following members were absent: one
—_C 10er Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-44
APPROVING APPOINTMENT TO ELM CREEK CONSERVATION COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Elm Creek Conservation Commission is established to insure
proper ground water drainage, thereby reducing the likelihood of property
damage due to flooding; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Vern Peterson is serving as the City's Director to the Elm
Creek Conservation Commission; and
WHEREAS, Howard Hunt is serving as the Alternate Director to the
Commission;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that Mr. Vern Peterson is appointed as Director and
Howard Hunt as Alternate Director to the Elm Creek Conservation Commis-
sion for a term expiring January 31, 1982.
