Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was eldon the
7th day of January , 19 80 . The fol Iowin members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Dayenport—,Hoyt, Neils and -Schneider
The following members were absent: one
__ Councilmember Davenport introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-43
DESIGNATING DIRECTOR AND ALTERNATE DIRECTOR TO SUBURBAN RATE AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the City has been requested to appoint a Director and Alternate
Director to the Suburban Rate Authority for 1980;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that Fred Moore is hereby appointed as Director and
Virgil Schneider as Alternate Director to the Suburban Rate Authority
for the year 1980.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
