Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
7th day of January , 19 80 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and Schneider .
The following members were absent: None
T ouncilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
move -its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-42
APPOINTING OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER FOR 1980
WHEREAS, the official newspaper for the City of Plymouth for the year 1980
is to be designated;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the New Hope -Plymouth Post is hereby appointed
as the official newspaper for the City of Plymouth for 1980.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in favor thereof: mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport,
Hoyt, Neils and Schneider .
The following voted against or abstained: none
