Pursuant to due call and notice thereof. a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth. Minnesota was held on he
7th day of Januar , 19 80 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councime ers ayenp®r , Hoyt, Neils and Schneider
The follow ng members were absent: None
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved is adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-41
DESIGNATING CITY HEALTH OFFICER FOR 1980
WHEREAS, the Health Officer for the City of Plymouth for the year 1980
is to be designated;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that Dr. Thomas Mayer, 12805 Highway 55, Plymouth
be appointed to act as Health Officer for the year 1980 for the City of
Plymouth.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by'
Council b r Ho t , and upon vote being taken thereon, the

owing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hunt, CouncilMEhers Davenport,
Holt, Neils and Schneider
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
