HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1980-035CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 7th —10 day of January , 19 80. The following members were present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and Schneider - The following members were absent: None Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. SO -35 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND PLYMOUTH CREEKVIEW ADDITION (A-199) WHEREAS, in accordance with the Development Contract, dated September 19, 1977, Carlson Properties, Inc., developer of Plymouth Creekview Addition, have agreed agreed to install certain improvements for said development, and WHEREAS, the Developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below, and WHEREAS, the Developer has requested a reduction of the Development Bond to reflect the completed work, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: ITEM ORIGINAL AMOUNT NEW AMOUNT Street Construction $ 55,300 $ 0 Sanitary Sewer 33,800 0 Watermain 27,100 500 Storm Sewer 6,800 0 Boulevard Sod 8,400 6,300 Pond or Ditch Construction Street Signs 600 0 Street Sweeping & Storm Sewer Cleaning 3,000 3,000 Erosion Control 51000 4,000 Site Grading 14,200 0 TOTALS $154,200 $13,800 That the Letter of Credit which was previously reduced to $30,300.00 be further reduced to $13,800.00 to reflect the completed work. FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the street construction, concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer, watermain and storm sewer are accepted, as of January 7, 1980, for continual maintenance subject to the one year guarantee by the Developer. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by and upon vote being taken thereon. the tollowllp voted In favor thereof: Mayor Hunt.
