HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1980-033CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 7th day of January , 19_(8 The following members were present: Mavor Hunt. Councilmembers Davenport. Hoyt. Neils and Schneider . The following members were absent: None Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 80 - 33 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND TRINITY PONDS ADDITION (79009) WHEREAS, in accordance with the Development Contract, dated August 15, 1979, Trinity Associates, developer of Trinity Ponds Addition (79009), has agreed to install certain improvements for said development, and WHEREAS, the Developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below, and WHEREAS, the Developer has requested a reduction of the Development Bond to reflect the completed work, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that 'the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: ITEM Street Construction Sanitary Sewer Watermain Storm Sewer Boulevard Sod Pond or Ditch Construction Street Signs Street Sweeping & ORIGINAL AMOUNT $11,000 5,505 5,690 4,640 1,400 500 150 Storm Sewer Cleaning 750 Erosion Control 11000 Site Grading 7,000 Design, Admin., Insp., As-Builts 4,516 TOTALS $42,151 NEW AMOUNT $ 5,500 300 300 0 1,400 500 150 750 1,000 0 660 $10,660 That the Letter of Credit required be reduced to $10,660.00 to reflect the completed work. FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the sanitary sewer, watermain and storm sewer are accepted, as of January 7, 1980, for continual maintenance subject to the one year guarantee by the developer. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vote in favor t ereo : Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenoort,, Hot Neils and Schneider Thefollowing vote againstorabstained, one Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed"and"'adopted, ,ter ,r,ri► ***
