Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved is adoption:
RESOLUTION NO, 80-31
AUTHORIZING REDUCTION OF SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR THE MAPLE
GROVE MALL (A-528)
WHEREAS, the site plan for the Maple Grove Mall, locatedPartially in Plymouth
and partially in Maple Grove northeast of I-494 and Bass Lake Road, was
approved under City Council Resolution No. 78-273; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted to the City of Maple Grove the required site
improvement performance guarantee in the form of a letter of credit in the
amount of $122,000; and,
WHEREAS, upon the recommendation of the City of Maple Grove for reduction of
the performance guarantee, City Staff has inspected said site and concurs
with the recommended reduction;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ply-
mouth, Minnesota, that it should and hereby does authorize the reduction of
the site improvement performance guarantee, letter of credit number 34773 in
the amount of $122,000, which was submitted to the City of Maple Grove to
guarantee site improvements for the Maple Grove Mall located partially in Ply-
mouth and partially in Maple Grove northeast of I-494 and Bass Lake Road, to
$10,000.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
