the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was e ion Lhe
day of January , 19 80 . The following members were
present: MayQrHunt, Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and Schneider.
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-27
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
PROJECT NO. 846
RAPPAPORT STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 3, dated December 18, 1979, for Northdale
Construction Co., has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates,
Inc. and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 3 in the amount of $38,123.29 to Northdale Construction Co. for
Project 846.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils _ 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the
foT of wing vote in favor t hereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport,
Hoyt, Neils and Schneider
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passe and adopted.
