Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth,M'nnesota was held onthe

RESOLUTION NO. 80-24
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
DOWNTOWN PLYMOUTH - CONTRACT II
PROJECT NO. 853 AND 911
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 6, dated December 13, 1979, for Progressive
Contractors, Inc. has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates,
Inc. and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 6 in the amount of $140,611.74 to Progressive Contractors for
Project 853 and 911.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport,
Hoyt, Neils and Schneider
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
