Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was a on the
7th day of Januar , 19 80 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt Councimem ersDavenport; Hoyt, Neils and Schneider

Counilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved is adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-22
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
PROJECT NO. 808
PUBLIC UTILITIES BUILDING EXPANSION
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the extension of the
completion date of the contract as follows:
Original Specification Revised Completion Date
February 1, 1980 Garage Area - February 29, 1980
February 1, 1980 Office Area - March 31, 1980
AND, WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for Project 808 is recommended for approval;

THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 1 for Project 608 is approved by extending the
completion date and that the existing contract amount shall remain the same.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neilsand upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted n favor thereof: ayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport,
Hot Neils and Schneider
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
