Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetino_ of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
. 7th day of January , 19 80. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and Schneider
The following members were absent: None
�Cquncilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
move its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80- 21
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT
STREET LIGHTING WEST RIDGE ESTATES 3RD ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to a Resolution of the Council adopted October 1, 1979, a report
has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of West
Ridge Estates 3rd Addition by the installation of ornamental residential street
lights and this report was received by the Council on January 7, 1980;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Council finds and determine- that said petition was signed by all owners
of real property abutting up;,a the streets named as the location of the improve-
ments.
2. Such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council Resolution
adopted October 1, 1979. The petitioners have waived their right to a public
hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these improvements.
He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern States Power
Company.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Wuatilmembu Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor ereo : mor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport.
