CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reaular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was hid on the
7th day of January , 1980 . The following members were
present: Mayor HWnt.Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and Schneider
The following me—miners were absent: None
Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-20
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT
STREET LIGHTING BURL OAKS 2ND ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to a Resolution of the Council adopted August 20, 1979, a
report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement
of the Burl Oaks 2nd Addition by the installation of ornamental residential street
lights and this report was received by the Council on January 7, 1980;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all owners
of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location of the improve-
ments.
2. Such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council Resolution adopted
August 20, 1979. The petitioners have waived their right to a public hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these improvements.
He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern States Power
Company.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereo Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport,
and Schneider
The following voted against or abstained:
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
