The following members were present: Mayor Hunt Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and Schneider The follow ng mem ers were a sen : None Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 80-19 RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT STRCET LIGHTING HERITAGE ESTATES ADDITION WHEREAS, pursuant to a Resolution of the Council adopted September 4, 1979, a report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of Heritage Estates Addition by the installation of ornamental residential street lights and this report was received by the Council on January 7, 1980; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location of the improvements. 2. Such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council Resolution adopted September 4, 1979. The petitioners have waived their right to a public hearing. 3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these improvements. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern States Power Company. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Neils . and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vote in favor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt, and Schneider The following voted against or abstained: Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. tit* tt* ttt
