Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
7th day of January 19 80 . The following members were
present: _ Mayor Hunt, Councilmem ers Davenport, Hoyt_, Neils and Schneider.
The following members were absent: one
Gniinrilippmbpr Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80- 18
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT
STREET LIGHTING INTERSECTION OF 40TH AVENUE AND REVERE LANE
WHEREAS, pursuant to a Resolution of the Council adopted January 15, 1979, a
report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement
of the intersection of 40th Avenue and Revere Lane by the installation of
ornamental residential street lights and this report was received by the Couri'�il
on January 7, 1980;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all owners
of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location of the
improvements.
2. Such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council Resolution
adopted January 15,1979. The petitioners have waived their right to a public
hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these improvements.
He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern States Power
Company.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
o n ilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in favor t ereo ayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport,
Hoyt, and Schneider
