Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a r r meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, innesota was hela on the
7th day of January , 19 80 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt,_ Neils and Schneider
The following members were absent: None
CoupcilWember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moves its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-17
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT
STREET LIGHTING SCHMIDT LAKE HILLS ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to a Resolution of the Council adopted August 20, 1979, a report
has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of Schmidt
Lake Hills Addition by the installation of ornamental residential street lights
and this report was received by the Council on January 7, 1980;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all owners
of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location of the
improvements.
2. Such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council Resolution
adopted August 20, 1979. The petitioners have waived their right to a public
hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these improvements.
He shall coordinate the work which will be done by Wright -Hennepin Electric.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote 1n favor thereof: Mayor Hun_. Councilmembers Davenport.
