Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was heig on the
7th day of JANUARY , 19 80 . The following members were

Cgunc_ilmember Davenport introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-15
DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION
AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT
STREET LIGHTING - FAZENDIN PARK ADDITIONS
WHEREAS, a petition has been received from property owners requesting installa-
tion of ornamental residential street lighting in the Fazendin Park Additions;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Fazendin Park Additions by
the installation of residential ornamental street lighting, filed with the
City Council on January 7, lo80, is hereby received.
2. The petition is not signed by 100% of the affected property owners and will
require a public improvement and special assessment hearings.
3. The petition is hereby refereed to the City Engineer and he is instructed to
report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a
preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to
whether it should best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other
improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport,
Hoyt, and Schneider
The following voted against or abstained: CouncilmembeC Nil •
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
