The following members were present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and Schneider The following members were absent: None ��lmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and move is adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 80-10 ORDERING PROJECT 004 51ST AVE. IN RYAN BUSINESS CENTER WHEREAS, pursuant to a Resolution of the Council adopted November 19, 1979 a report has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. with respect to the improvement of 51st Ave. in Ryan Business Center by the construc- tion of a 9 -ton, 40 foot wide commercial street with concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer and all necessary appurtenances; and WHEREAS, said report was received by the Council on January 7, 1980; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in a Council Resolution adopted November 19, 1979 and the preliminary engineering report. The petition has waived their right to a public improvement hearing. 2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the engineer for the improvement. They shall prepare plans and speci- fications for the making of such improvement. 3. That before proceeding with the prepareation of the final plans and specifications the developer shall enter into a "Development Contract" for the Ryan Business Center. 4. That the project as ordered provide for the extension of sanitary sewer and watermain to the west plat boundary of Ryan Business Center. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Co ncilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vote in favor t ereo : Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and Schneider The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passe an a opte .
