R ESOLUTION A PPROVING O N S ALE I NTOXICATING L IQUOR
L ICENSE WITH S UNDAY S ALES FOR R OCK E LM P LYMOUTH, LLC
R OCK E LM T AVERN, 16605 C OUNTY R OAD 24, S UITE 211
WHEREAS, licensee has submitted application for renewal of their license for the period of
February 1, 2021 through January 31, 2022.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the license for the period of February 1, 2021 through January 31, 2022 is approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that approval and issuance of license is contingent upon the City receiving
license fees, completed application including requested documents, all taxes being paid, and criminal
background investigation completed by the Police Department.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 26th day of January, 2021.
