R ESOLUTION N O. 2021-030
R ESOLUTION O RDERING P RELIMINARY E NGINEERING R EPORT FOR THE
R IDGEMOUNT A VENUE R EHABILITATION P ROJECT (ST210002)
WHEREAS, the 2021-2030 Capital Improvement Program made recommendations for
the Ridgemount Avenue Rehabilitation Project; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to undertake a Preliminary Engineering Report to determine
the work required on each street recommended to be considered for the Ridgemount Avenue
Rehabilitation Project (ST210002); and
WHEREAS, Ridgemount Avenue from Vinewood Lane to County Road 73 is the
recommended project area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the City Engineer is instructed to prepare a Preliminary
Engineering Report with all convenient speed by advising the Council, in a preliminary way, as to
whether the proposed improvements are feasible and as to whether it should best be made as
proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the
improvements as recommended.
