Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
7th day of Januar , 19 80 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt Counci mem ers avenporT-, Neils and Schneider
The following members were absent: one

moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-6
RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING FOR HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT 904
49TH AVE. NATHAN LANE TO 1300 FEET WEST - UTILITY AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Council adopted June 12, 1978 and the 1980
Capital Improvements Program, a report has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene,
Anderlik & Associates, Inc. with respect to the improvement of 49th Avenue from
Nathan Lane to 1300 feet west; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes installation of sanitary sewer, watermain,
bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer and all necessary
appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, said report was received by the Council on January 7, 1980;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
I. The Council will consider the improvement of such street in accordance
with the report and the assessment of benefited property for all or a
portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes
429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended) at an estimated
total cost of the improvement of $363,670.00.
2. A Public Hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 4th
day of February, 1980 in the Council Chambers of the Plymouth City
Center at 3400 Plymouth Boulevard at 7:30 p.m., and the Clerk shall give
mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvements as required
by l aw .
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by*
�qun�ilmember Schneider and upon vote being taken thereon, the
foling voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport,
Hove. Neils and Schneider
The following voted against or abstained: `--None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passea and adopted.
