R ESOLUTION N O. 2021-023
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING W ATER T REATMENT C HEMICAL P RICES FOR 2021
WHEREAS, the price of water chemicals is in the approved 2021 budget; and
WHEREAS, the City has prepared specifications, advertised, received bids, and opened bids on
January 14, 2021; and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the bids submitted by Hawkins, Inc. of Roseville, Minnesota and Shannon Chemical
Corporation of Malvern, Pennsylvania are approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the funding shall be from the Water Fund in the amount of $320,000.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 26th day of January, 2021.
