Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
7th day of January , 19 80. The following memhers were
present: Mayor Hunt, CouncilmemberSaverSpaP't, Hoyt, Neils and Schneider,
The following members were absent: one
Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO, 80- 4
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR EVANGELICAL CHURCH TO INSTALL A STEEPLE
AT 705 HIGHWAY 101 (A-555)
WHEREAS, the Evangelical Church has requested a conditional use permit to allow
installation of a steeple to be placed on an existing church structure located
at 705 Highway 101; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ply-
mouth, Minnesota, that it should and hereby does approve the reouest of the
Evangelical Church to install a steeple on an existing church structure
located at 705 Highway 101 subject to the approval of the plans by the Build-
ing Official.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by'
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor thereof, Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport,
Hoyt, Neils and Schneider
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
