RESOLUTION NO. 79 - 839
APPROVAL OF ON -SALE NON -INTOXICATING MALT LI(;UOR LICENSE APPLICATION
WHEREAS, application for an On -Sale Non -Intoxicating Malt Liquor License has been
received from James Loken and Roger Hokanson, dba/ Plymouth Racquet Club,
2800 Fernbrook Lane, Plymouth, MN 55441 for consideration and approval by the
Plymouth City Council in accordance with Chapter XII, Section 1210.01,
Plymouth Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that an On -Sale Non -Intoxicating Malt Liquor License be
approved for James Loken and Roger Hokanson, dba/Plymouth Racquet Club,
2800 Fernbrook Lane, Plymouth, MN 55441 for a period to expire June 30, 1980.
