Councilmember Davenport introduced the following Resolution and
moved is adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-837
AMENDING POLICY RESOLUTION NO. 79-419
RELATIVE TO STANDARDS AND GUIDELINES FOR DETERMINING
PARK DEDICATION AND PARK DEDICATION FEES
WHEREAS, the City Council has instructed the City Manager to recommend revisions
to the park dedication policy for commercial and industrial developments; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has submitted a report dated December 7, 1979
recommending revisions to paragraph 4 of said policy:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the park dedication policy adopted by this Council on July 23, 1979,
by Resolution No. 79-419 is hereby amended adding new language to paragraph 4 as
contained in the City Manager's memorandum of December 7, 1979.
