RESOLUTION NO. 79-835
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
DOWNTOWN PLYMOUTH - CONTRACT III
PROJECT NO. 807, 911, AND 853
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 5, dated December 13, 1979, for Northdale
Construction Co., has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates,
Inc. and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 5 in the amount of $315,147.42 to Northdale Construction Co.
for Project No. 807, 853 and 911.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by'
Councilmember Holt and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
