RESOLUTION NO. 79- 833
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
MEDINA ROAD AREA UTILITIES
PROJECT NO. 908
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 5, dated December 13, 1979 for Nodland
Associates, Inc., has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates,
Inc. and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 5 in the amount of $89,150.86 to Nodland Associates, Inc. for
Project 908.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
i-voted—�t , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following in favor t ereo Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenuort,
Hoyt, Neils and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
