RESOLUTION NO. 79- 832
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
DOWNTOWN PLYMOUTH - CONTRACT I
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 6, dated December 13, 1979, for C. S. McCrossan,
Inc. has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. and
payment is recommended;
NOW, THREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 6 in the amount of $59,456.42 to C. S. McCrossan, Inc. for
Project No. 807 and 911.
