RESOLUTION NO. 79-831
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
FERNBROOK LANE/RIDGECREST ADDITION UTILITIES
PROJECT NO. 804 AND 829
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 9, dated December 9, 1979, for C. W. Houle
Landscaping has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc.
and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 9 in the amount of $95,649.07 to C. W. Houle Landscaping for
Project 804 and 829.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Counci]member Ho , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor t ergo : _ Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport,
Hoyt, Neils and Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
