RESOLUTION NO. 79-829
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
23RD, 25TH, CHESHIRE UTILITIES AND STREET
PROJECT NO. 805
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 5, dated December 10, 1979 for Northdale
Construction Co. has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates,
Inc. and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to amek payment on Request
for Payment No. 5 in the amount of $40,940.26 to Northdale Construction Co. for
Project No. 805.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by'
Counci]member xo and upon vote being taken thereon. the
following Vote in avor i ere0 , Mayor Hunt, Councilnem1prs Davenport,
Hoyt, Neils and; Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained ' Done .
Whereupon the Resolution'Nas declared duly passed and adopted.
