RESOLUTION NO. 79-827
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
LOST LAKE AND OAKVIEW LANE WATERMAIN
PROJECT NO. 811 AND 813
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 6, dated December 10, 1979, for Nodland
Associates, Inc. has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosere,Anderlik & Associates,
Inc. and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 6 in the amount of $22,427.29 to Nodland Associates, Inc. for
Project 811 and 813.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by'
Counci.lmember Hoyt and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in favor thereof: yor,Hunt, Co ncilmembers Davenport, Hoyt,
Neils and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared -duly passed and adopted.
