RESOLUTION NO. 79-826
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 3
PROJECT NO. 914
16TH AVE. - HWY. 55 TO CO. RD. 6 IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 has been prepared providing for the following
changes to 16th Ave. - Hwy. 55 to Co. Rd. 6 Improvements:
1. Jack sanitary sewer under railroad spur line track.
2. Jack watermain under railroad spur line track.
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 for Project 914 is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 3 for Project 914 adding $16,500.00
is approved and the previous revised contract price of $442,188.30 is revised to
$458,688.30.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by'
Councibnember Hoyt and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Hoyt, Neils and _Spaeth
The llowing voted against or abstained. None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
