RESOLUTION NO. 79-822
ACCEPTING PETITION FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO
FABER PLACE ADDITION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The City Council accepts the petition from Henry and Charlotte Faber,
owners of the property known as Faber Place Addition.
2. The petition is hereby referred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik &
Associates, Inc. for study and that they are instructed to report
to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in
a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvements are
feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or
in connection with some other improvement, and the Estimated cost
of the improvement as recommended.
