RESOLUTION NO. 79-820
ORDERING PROJECT 006
EMPIRE LANE IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, pursuant to a Resolution of the Council adopted November 19, 1979 a
report has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. with
respect to the improvement of Empire Lane in Plymouth Freeway Center 2nd Addition
by the construction of a 9 -ton, 40 foot wide commercial street with concrete
curb and gutter and all necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, said report was received by the Council on December 17, 1979;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in a Council Resolution
adopted November 19, 1979. The peitioner has waived their right to a
public improvement hearing.
2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as
the engineer for the improvement. They shall prepare plans and speci-
fications for the making of such improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by,
