Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a e meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, nnes0 a was held on the
17th day of December , 19 79 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt1 Councilmembers Davenport. Hoyt, Neils and Spaeth

moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-919
RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING FOR HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT 009
HARBOR LANE SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Council adopted November 19, 1979, a report
has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. with respect
to the improvement of Harbor Lane west of Fernbrook Lane; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes installation of sanitary sewer and all
necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, said report was received by the Council on December 17, 1979;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTh,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street and utility
improvements in accordance with the report and the assessment of
benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improve-
ment pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953,
Chapter 398, as amended) at an estimated total cost of the improvement
of $18,350.00.
2. A Public Hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 21st
day 'of January, 1980 in the Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center
at 3400 Plymouth Boulevard at 7:30 p.m., and the Clerk shall give mailed
and published notice of such hearing and improvements as required by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by'
Councilmembe r Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor t ereo : Mavor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenja nr.t,
Hot Neils and Spaeth -
