RESOLUTION NO. 79-818
RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING FOR HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT 005
LARCH LANE CUL-DE-SAC UTILITY AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Council adopted November 19, 1979, a report
has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc, with respect
to the improvement of Larch Lane adjacent to West Ridge Estates 2nd Addition;
and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes installation of sanitary sewer, watermain,
street, storm sewer and all necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, said report was received by the Council on December 17, 1979;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street and utility
improvements in accordance w-; , he report and the assessment of
benefited property for all or )rtion of the cost of the improvement
pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter
398, as amended) at an estimated total cost of the improvement of
$104,665.00.
2. A Public Hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the
21st day of January, 1980 in the Council Chambers of the Plymouth City
Center at 3400 Plymouth Boulevard at 7:30 p.m., and the Clerk shall give
mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvements as required
by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
