Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reguLdar meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the V
17th day of December , 19 79. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembersvenport, Hoyt, Neils and Spaeth
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-816
RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING FOR HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS FOR
COUNTY ROAD 9 WATERMAIN
PROJECT 010
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Council adopted November 19, 1979, a
report has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc.
with respect to the improvement of County Road 9 from Vicksburg Lane easterly
to New County Road 9 by the installation of a watermain; and
WHEREAS, said report was received by the City Council on December 17, 1979;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such utility improvements
in accordance with the report and the assessment of benefited property
for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to
Minnesota Statutes 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as
amended) at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $86,500.00.
2. A Public Hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 21st
day of January, 1980 in the Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center
at 3400 Plymouth Boulevard at 7:30 p.m., and the Clerk shall give mailed
and published notice of such hearing and improvements as required by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
' Councilmember Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted to favor ereo : Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hovt, Davenport,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
