Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
3rd day of December , 19 79 . The following members were

—Souncilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved it�ion:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-810
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
MEDINA ROAD AREA STREETS
PROJECT NO. 908
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 4, dated November 7, 1979, for Jerome P. Begin
Contracting Co., has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates,
Inc. and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 4 in the amount of $8,862.75 to Jerome P. Begin Contracting Co.
for Project 908.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by'
