Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the

Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-806
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
DOWNTOWN PLYMOUTH - CONTRACT II
PROJECT NO. 853 AND 911
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 5, dated November 8, 1979, for Progressive
Contractors, Inc. has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik &
Associates, Inc. and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 5 in the amount of $68,287.79 to Progressive Contractors for
Project 853 and 911.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
