AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
WELL NO. 5 - PUMPHOUSE
PROJECT NO. 812
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 5, dated November 21, 1979, for A & K
Construction, Inc., has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates,
Inc. and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department be authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 5 in the amount of $4,303.80 to A & K Construction, Inc. for
Project 812.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Cqunlmember Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
