Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, are ular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, inawas held on the

RESOLUTION NO. 79-803
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
DOWNTOWN PLYMOUTH - CONTRACT III
PROJECT NO. 807, 911, AND 853
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 4, dated November 1, 1979, for Northdale
Construction Co., has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates,
Inc. and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 4 in the amount of $264,871.66 to Northdale Construction Co.
for Project No. 897, 853 and 911.
